Yes, pumping has always been an effective way to increase erection quality. This is most effective when pumping with a full erection and using the Kegel in conjunction with the pumping. Be careful though, air-pumping can cause serious blisters and water retention. Ditto to the above but water pumping is much more comfortable and safe creating less fluid retention with all the same benefits of air pumping.

Can not advocate on this but I can state that many men find clamping to be powerful in girth work and erection strength. The Kegel is usually part of their clamping routine.

A very great post but I will like to add that air pumping did not give me any blisters. Today makes it 9 months of pumping. I've only had an ingrown hair incident.

This have been something I have been thinking about, since some brothers seams to get blisters with air-pumping. But I believe they where inside the pump for to long. It seams that way at least.

My belief is that if you stick to 🔗 SRT 5X5X3, you will be good = optimal time in the pump ➕ optimal duration of SSJ's.
