Hi all I have been noticing alot of questions on how to put together the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and also how the tension settings work so I have put together this little info thread with pictures. Ok so you receive your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] most come in a box like this

Ok so now what you really want to do is make sure that you have all the pieces there that are needed. See the picture for the basic layout of what you should have received to be able to use your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

Ok now get the 2 lugs and place them in the white base peice as shown.

With the lugs in place you need to screw in the (articulated screws) or as most peolple would call them screws.

Ok now the part where most people seem to be getting a little confused and to some this may seem simple but to others it can be a reall pain.

So place the spring in place as shown.

Now pull the spring cover over it

And there you have it the spring is in place.

Screw in the retaining srew in order to keep the spring in place.

Now for adding the bars there is a adaptation period so this is what it says to do in the manual anyway.

1st to 5th day 2cm under erect size use for 3 hours a day

6th to 10th day add on a 0.5cm bar use for 6 hours a day

11th to 15th day add another 0.5cm bar. use for 8 hours a day.

After doing this add the bars so it is the same length as you penis therefor you are stretching to the length of your erct penis and do this until you can add another bar you really want to be aiming to be stretching 1 inch over your erect length.

Now for the noose part of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Very simple place one end of the noose through the hole in the head.

Loop it around and place it in adjacent hole.

Now slip it onto the rods and you are done.

Next thing is how to adjust the tension and how you know what tension you are set at. Well the screw at the base of the rods allows you to adjust the tension by moving the rods up and down and therefore compressing and decompressing the spring. The lines on the rods allow you to see what tension the springs are giving there are three lines and I think that the best way to explain what each one of these lines represent is through a picture.

So to put it quite simply the more lines that you can see the less the pressure is being placed on the penis.

So I hope that this helps some in understanding a little more about the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] how to put it together but the most important is the tension do not rush it I made the silly mistake of going all the way up on the tension setting. I did not do any injurys to myself thank god but I did get a lot of skin irritation and therefore had to take time of to heel and this hindered my gains.

I really think that there is a friction problem here where the springs are place some oil in where the springs are I prefer to use bearing lubricant that comes in a tube and it is not as messy this will free that area up so when you rotate the the rods that part will move instead of the screws in the base. Or the other way that you can do it is get some light grade lock tight and place a small amount on the screw that goes into the base this will stop it from unscrewing I hope that this helps.

If this does not help please let me know and I will post pictures of these to better describe what I am talking about.

Oh yeah and twins the other way of taking care of the problem with out going out and having to buy anything is to get some material just like t shirt material and wrap it around the thread and get a pair of pliers and tighten it using the material as protection. This is a easy way of doing it but you just really have to be careful as once the thread is damaged it will be very hard to repair as it is such a thin and fine thread.

Ok I have been asked by a few people how to stop the screws turning out of the lugs that are in the base well there is one simple methode to stop this and it will work well as long as you do not go over board with the product.
Get some locktite it is available at any automotive shop and place a very small amount on the screw before screwing it into the lugs. look at the pictures to see exactly where I mean.

i just tried the locktite and now i can't turn the tension screw...i thought that might happen...i might need pliers to turn it or something

Did you put the locktite in where I showed you in the picture. If you did nad now the tension screws are not turning I suggest putting some lubricant on the thread or maybe even some WD-40 this will free it up

yeah i put it in at the end of the screw...it started working before i got a chance to screw it all the way back in...so now i have the size screwed all the way back to the base..but i can't turn the tension screw with out the pliers...i only put a little of the locktite on...it was the one in the blue bottle

Twins if you put the locktite in the correct place there should not be a problem with the tension screws it seems really strange that this would happen. I am just wondering if there is a cross thread or something that could be stopping this. When the tension screw will not turn is this when you are wearing it or is it really hard to turn all the time.
Don't worry we will get to the bottom of this I rebuild motors for a living and when it comes to threads and tensions I have had to fix many problems as a matter of fact my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] tension screws got really sticky and I found them hard to turn and I used a lubricant on them to free them up. And I also had the same problem as you when I would try to turn the tension up the screw would actually come out of the base and dig into me. But I have the feeling that this was the problem in the first place because the tension screw was sticking you would try and wind it up and instead of the tension screw turning the screw in the base would turn therefore it would come out.
Sorry if this does not make sense but I would really try putting some lubricant on the thread where it enters the tension screw before I do anything else.

little fella it is hard to turn all the time..even before i put it on...i will try to get some lubricant like wd-40 or something to loosen it up...but i really don't know why the screw wouldn't turn...hopefully i can get this worked out so i can incorporate it into my routine

Well it was the reason that your screws where falling out but it is good that you put the locktite on as it will stop it from happening again when you have the tension wound up and the screws come out and they dig into you it can really hurt. I think that the WD-40 will make it a little better.

I am not to sure what you mean here but if you are talking about how to wear the base piece. On one of the side to the base piece there is a small grove that is meant to go at the top of the penis this will allow a much more comfortable fit. I have tried both ways with that grove bellow the penis and above but have found that when you wear it above the penis fits in there nice and snug. I also like to use foam around the base it will stop it from digging into the skin. If this is not what you where asking please give a little more detail and I will do my best to answer.

oh i'm interested rofl...sometimes i can wear it for over an hour at a time and sometimes the discomfort around the glans or by the base get so bad that i take it off after a half hour...but i figured it's better to take it off early then let it stay on too late...the earlier i take it off...the quicker i can put it back on is what i believe...and i believe it doesn't matter how long you wear it in one session...i think it is the total amount of hours you put in..no matter how long the intervals...someone please correct me if i'm wrong

Ok so I like to use memory foam it is a little more durable then normal foam and it keeps its shape for longer but I only have normal foam left so I will be using it as my example. The foam is 1cm thick and 10cm by 10 cm cut into a square. Pictures to follow.

So now it is cut place the bottom lip at the base of the penis facing downward.

It is really simple actually and I feel a little bit of a clown posting this but if you just cut a circle in the foam it will work but doing it this way alows for a much more comfortable [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] experience.

As you can see when there is a bit of force placed onto the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] it not only digs into the top of the testies but also digs into the underside of the penis.

Hi guys this is a old thread that I started a long time ago. I would like to add a few things to it and get others opinions as well. I have always used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in a downwards position. Yes gains have come from this but as of late I have changed it up a little and the gains seem to be so much easier to achieve.
What I do is wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] down for a hour then I wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] up for half hour. You really feel the stretch once you move the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] into the upward position.

I also know that there are a lot of guys that have asked about wrapping and the silicon tubes these are ok to use for the first part of the use for the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] put to tell you the truth once you really start stretching and putting maximum tension on the penis these tend to be very uncomfortable.
I have had questions about the way that I do it so I am going to show you. I just need to find a dildo that I can use in place of a penis this will allow me to show you the way that I wrap for the best comfort while in maximum tension.

If anyone is getting a little sore around the head of the pens from wrapping I suggest using a healing cream something that has cortisone in it works the best if you put it on when you go to bed you will wake up with a dick that is ready to be strapped in all day with out any discomfort.
