whats up im wondering if a person could do a manual stretch down for an extended time and still get the benefits of a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]? im talking like 1-1.5 hours of constant pulling only changing when hands are completely fatigued.
 
Sounds impossible to me. You also would be unable to get a consistent stretch due to muscle fatigue. You also wouldn't be able to measure your tension at all which I think must be crucial to [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] use. I'm sure you'd get results but not near equal to an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Why not look into making your own [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for $20-$30 in parts at a hardware store instead? Assuming this is a cost issue.
 
when i did it i got a stretch greater than an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. i guess sort of like hanging. with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] it feels weak and also cuts off circulation alot. i just did the stretch around 12 stopped around 130 and i felt alot of tension changing hands whenever i got tired. i alternated with behind the cheek and straight down while laying on my side and used my leg muscles to clamp down instead of squeezing my hand too much. it felt better but since im not doing it for 4-8 hours im wondering if this is more along the lines of hanging and what gains are realistic to this. btw i have a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] and the strap broke so thats why im doing this. thanks for the response.

The straps on all these are garbage. Do the velcro mod-it works 50x better, no slippage and if you wrap right, no circulation problems. I really never have circulation problems. The only reason I stop is because i have to (appointment, sleep, etc.) or because it's burning too much in shaft from the stretch. But if you have discomfort at base or at strap I think something is wrapped wrong-just mess with it til something works, but get the velcro-you'll love it.

This one is for male edge, but it's the exact same steps for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].
One thing though: the sticky pieces on the head piece: Make them 2 inches long, you want more square inches covered with one piece on each side to make those sticky pieces stronger and last longer. I've learned that since I built these pictures attached.

Supplies you need:

Some of the fuzzy one sided velcro with sticky back
Roll of 2 sided velcro (fuzzy one side, sharp velcro on the other) so it sticks to itself or in this case the sticky hook velcro

Take it off how? Clarify what you mean here as I'm not following.

It does not slip. Headswell is best for comfort, with a good wrap. But the velcro is NOT elastic, so once it's in there, it's in there. But again-use as big a pieces for the sticky velcro on head piece as you can as that is where it will take the most pressure-more is better here. And do it parallel to headpiece, not perpendicular like in my picture-picture was before I knew, so that part changed a little, just 2 long pieces on each side, as close to the strap slits as possible. It'll hold way better than the strap-which also means you can do higher tension. Slippage is the cause of much of the discomfort in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], so solving slippage can solve lots of other problems too (pain, losing headswell, the head getting crammed up against the strap, etc.).
 
On the wrap, I think it's the same as in any [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

I use this really soft gauze for the first wrap. It's thin but it doesn't stick to the skin or get caught in folds which happens with other gauze that stings when you take it off-find that stuff if you can, it's like cotton but it's gauze and I can literally YANK it off, it doesn't stick or get caught in folds, it's like wrapping with cotton balls. I think mine's maybe like 18" of it, I think I wrap it maybe 6-7 times, but it's very thin stuff. Then I have that real sticky gauze that sticks to itself, and I fold it in half and maybe wrap 1 1/2 times with that, maybe it's 10" long. So 2 wraps. Then put the velcro strap in the middle of the thick gauze, which is in the middle of the soft gauze, and I'll go 1/2" to 1" behind the glans (with the strap).

On the 6 hours... depends on how you stretch. The head still gets a little cold, but not numb, and not purple, that's about as good as it gets I think. I do feel like I could probably sleep safely with it on, but I still wouldn't risk that personally. I do very high tension, 2000g is the lowest tension I will do, usually I'm closer to 2400g tension. Point being-at that tension, 2 1/2 hours is impressive, it ain't easy. Stretching it that tough is difficult and burns a bit. So I don't think you can do 6 hours straight but 90 minutes or more at high tension, preferably 2 hours would be the way to go, then do 3 sessions per day like that. I have done 3 hours straight though, that's the longest I could handle it so far.

If you can do 6 hours (straight)-you're not stretching it enough in my opinion. But let me put it this way: With the elastic strap I would have either slippage or it would be so tight I wouldn't last 30 minutes because of the high tension. So I do think the velcro makes it as good as it can be and only wraps could improve this. J1L was talking about a T-shirt wrap (so like a strip of T-shirt maybe 18" long or something-I'm going to try that.

Velcro is the best strap, but I'm sure I could improve things with a better wrap. Mine works, but I'm sure it could be improved upon, you might fiddle with his idea too. But everyone seems to agree the velcro is the best way to go and I think I do higher tension than most, and it still works great for me.

If you can do 90 minutes at very high tension, believe me, you'll WANT a break and not because it's hurting at the strap but because it's burning in the shaft-breaking down tunica I assume.
