On the wrap, I think it's the same as in any [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
I use this really soft gauze for the first wrap. It's thin but it doesn't stick to the skin or get caught in folds which happens with other gauze that stings when you take it off-find that stuff if you can, it's like cotton but it's gauze and I can literally YANK it off, it doesn't stick or get caught in folds, it's like wrapping with cotton balls. I think mine's maybe like 18" of it, I think I wrap it maybe 6-7 times, but it's very thin stuff. Then I have that real sticky gauze that sticks to itself, and I fold it in half and maybe wrap 1 1/2 times with that, maybe it's 10" long. So 2 wraps. Then put the velcro
strap in the middle of the thick gauze, which is in the middle of the soft gauze, and I'll go 1/2" to 1" behind the glans (with the
strap).
On the 6 hours... depends on how you stretch. The head still gets a little cold, but not numb, and not purple, that's about as good as it gets I think. I do feel like I could probably sleep safely with it on, but I still wouldn't risk that personally. I do very high tension, 2000g is the lowest tension I will do, usually I'm closer to 2400g tension. Point being-at that tension, 2 1/2 hours is impressive, it ain't easy. Stretching it that tough is difficult and burns a bit. So I don't think you can do 6 hours straight but 90 minutes or more at high tension, preferably 2 hours would be the way to go, then do 3 sessions per day like that. I have done 3 hours straight though, that's the longest I could handle it so far.
If you can do 6 hours (straight)-you're not stretching it enough in my opinion. But let me put it this way: With the elastic
strap I would have either slippage or it would be so tight I wouldn't last 30 minutes because of the high tension. So I do think the velcro makes it as good as it can be and only wraps could improve this. J1L was talking about a T-shirt wrap (so like a strip of T-shirt maybe 18" long or something-I'm going to try that.
Velcro is the best
strap, but I'm sure I could improve things with a better wrap. Mine works, but I'm sure it could be improved upon, you might fiddle with his idea too. But everyone seems to agree the velcro is the best way to go and I think I do higher tension than most, and it still works great for me.
If you can do 90 minutes at very high tension, believe me, you'll WANT a break and not because it's hurting at the
strap but because it's burning in the shaft-breaking down tunica I assume.
