Expressive stretch

After I get in a good routine of DLD blasters I will do some sock stretches but I wrap the sock under my balls, pull the sock up and in and pull my penis down and to both sides. I think it's like the expressive stretching theory. Does anyone think this is a good exercise?

I have never tried it with a soft object like a sock. I do them with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words]. A friend of mine used to do them with one of the shipping tape rolls and said it was intense, he now has a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] and likes in much better.

The Power Assist 2 is they way to go, if you do not want to progress immediately to the LENGTHMASTER 3.

You can also use a broomstick, but they you have to make it yourself. LENGTHMASTER 3 is the most powerful of these 3 devices. You will see the fastest gains with it.
