^I don't know too many people who use bands to be honest. In what ways does it differ from using your arms? Do you get a different kind of soreness, or more jelly state?

You don't have to use your arms at all. That's kind of the point of using them. You just anchor the bands around a stationary object and step back till it goes taut.

You can turn sideways, put it through your legs and do btc stretches, bundles, all kinds of stuff. And you can use a ton of resistance. I do 21 lbs. for the time being.

I prefer to do manual stretches or hang but these are cool sometimes too.

That's what I wanted to know because of that thread by dreamdick about extending vs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words]. That one got me thinking a different way lol, but yeah I feel like arms would be more effective as well because you're in control.

Templnite check this out. If you're tired of using hands use the bands. If you're not then don't. The benefits with the bands is that there is more resistance the further you step away from the bands and the bands come in higher resistance to a point where it exceeds human arm force alone.
