i just want to no the goods and the bads about erect stretching ?

and if the length gain from erect stretching are better than the gains from flaccid stretching?

Erect stretching took off 5 years back. It is believed to close the gap between flaccid stretched gains and erect ones. I love doing these stretches and they really worked for me closing the gap.
 
As DLD said. The bad points (You asked) would be if you do them and the angle you stretch at is too intense or you bend it too much and cause a tear inside and than scar tissue forms resulting in a nasty bend to the penis. I haven't heard anyone doing this though from penis enlargement. You get the odd fool who bends it too far and hurts themselves but they don't do permanent damage.

Also hanging weights off the erect penis is very risky and although I have tried it, its something to keep well away from unless you really know your penis limits inside and out ... its on the edge, those who love the rush would love it but don't you dare cry if your dick bends to the extreme and you have a bent cock.

Soo erect stretches are good? How erect should they be? I am doing flaccid stretching for 3 weeks now, and i have improved, but should i get some erect stretching as well?

Yes they are good at closing the gap between flaccid stretched gains and erect ones but flaccid stretching will always bring the fastest length gains.
 
ok now dld i tried doing erect stretches and think im expirienced enough to be doing them , but i would like to now how erect i should be when doing them beccause i have the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]dvd[/words] and you look pretty erect but some people say that you shouldnt be very erect so what do you think?

and second i use baby powder for grip when stretching but i cant seem to get a good grip on my erect penis . i think its becaus i sqeez the blood out of my head first, do you leave it in?

They are ERECT stretches so they are done ERECT:) I leave the blood in the head, better grip. Baby powder works best for getting a grip.
