ok I have herd that erect jelqing is good and bad, which is it, never done it been doing jelqs for 6 months now and have some gains in girth.


I have herd of erect stretching and I am going to start doing those, will they help in length gains.

Erect jelqing is good for girth. Flaccid jelqing is more for length. Both are not bad to do.

And I would say that the chance is pretty high that you unconsciously "stretch" while jelqing.
