I've been doing PE pretty strenuously for a little over a month, but my Erection Quality (EQ) is seriously degraded. Getting an erection is increasingly difficult, and this morning, I couldn't get it up past a semi. adult entertainment, visualization etc were ineffective. Haven't tried Viagra, although I have some. But I think all the "abuse" to my dick might be affecting things in a rather negative way. I mean, I'm hanging flaccid at 5-6", which is really cool, but of what value is a big dick if you can't use it? My current regimen is not overly intense, but maybe for me, it is. I'm not a young man anymore, so there could be other factors. My current routine consists of manual stretches in the morning incorporating bundled stretches and Fulcrum stretches. I do about 25 minutes pulling as much as I can physically stand. I'm a pretty strong guy and pull very hard. I also do a 25 second manual A-Stretch every time after urination. In the evening, I do 20 minutes of intense Jelq and squeezes, followed by 5-7 minutes of clamping while doing squeezes, bends, edging etc. Finally, it's 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Hydromax[/words] 40 pumped pretty high using the Vacu Vin. By then, I'm quite pumped, about 6.75", maybe more. But this morning, there was no morning wood, or during the night. I got up early and tried to get an erection but failed beyond a semi. So, I'm thinking maybe I should back off a bit, or cease altogether, at least for a day or two, or maybe more. Is anyone else having this issue? Oh, and for the record, Yes, I do kegels, a hundred a day more or less.
