Engorgement/Fluid Retention Post Girth Workout?

Hey guys, I am wondering what methods (including but not limited to cock rings) you use to keep expansion/engorgement the highest and fluid retention the lowest possible. I'd like to hear of any cock ring or method you have successfully used.

I've used 3 different cock rings, as well as a hair tie for post girth sessions, and while the hair tie worked the best, it seems like after the workout I lose most of the expansion within the first hour, I begin to turtle, and any fluid retention I got during the workout has pooled towards the head of the penis. My second question is- does this happen to you, or no? if you are comfortable with cock rings you might also try clamping. another thing i do once in a while is a loose cock ring around the entire package keeps blood in pretty good and feels nice especially after pumping
