does an increase in jelqing increase the hanging afterwards (pump)?

Hi!
Right now I am jelquing for 10min and the "pumped" flaccid hang lasts about 15minutes. I've read somewhere in this forum that many have this "pump affect" last for some hours or even the whole day.
how is this possible? do you have to keep it longer warm (in the warm down phase) or make the warm down "hotter" or would an increase in jelqs make the "pump affect" last longer? I am doing Penis Enlargement for about 1 month...
 
but if jelquing time is too long I also will not get a pumping state....thats what I think.
so how do I know what right for me? currently jelquing time are 10min
 
I don't really jelq so I cannot answer directly. I do clamped jelques, bends, squeezes, etc which is very different than just jelquing.
 
Right now I am doing 15min of jelquing and I dont get any pump effect after the workout. I only get harder and longer lasting morning wood.
What should I do? increase jelquing time? Do you also get any gains, even if you dont get the pumping effect after workout?
