do i have a penis that is different than most

Hi there everyone, my penis skin seems to be a big part of my penis. When I pull my skin back tightly at the base it is about .3 inches less than it would be if i do not pull back. The skin on my penis seems pretty loose and when erect i can grip the skin on the middle of my penis and roll it above my glans. I think I can even roll the skin at my base up above my glans. Is this common? Thank you.

This is actually a good thing because skin stretch is a part of the enlargement process. Since you already have skin in a stretched state gains should come quicker. Eventually, with growth in length and girth this skin will become more and more filled thus taking up the extra room. Get yourself into a good daily PE routine and within a couple of months of growth this skin will tighten up.

Yup, skin tightness is limiting factor in PE until it is stretched enough to accept the gains. Now all he has to do is gain size to fill that space so he is already ahead of the game.
