DLD, I have noticed that your training schedule is 7 days on with no rest days. It has been drilled into my head from other boards(Thunders place) that rest days are necessary to promote gains. What I would like to know is why you practice this kind of a training schedule, why you think it is best for gains, and how, given the ever increasing intensity of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] phase training, does one avoid getting into a situation of overtraining and hitting a plateau?
