I have seen quite a bit of interest in glans expansion. I created a little exercise, based on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jims[/words] Strapping method, that may help those who want to get a harder, fuller glans.
You will need a long shoelace or something similar. Get yourself 100% erect and starting at the extreme base star wrapping the shoelace, tightly, up your shaft. Wrap till about 1/4" below the head and secure. Now your head will be at it's fullest and here is where you will want to do press the blood around using your thumb and forefinger. I suggest maybe 5 minutes at a time as this is extreme (as you will feel with the pressure). I would say 4 sets will be a good workout.
