Damn Son I had to step back from the Bundles due to a small injury. I can't wait to get back into them. Currently I am rocking the stepped up Phase 1 stretch routine...and yes I have been making gains in both length and girth.
Hey DLD, how do you step up the phase 1 stretch routine? I've been doing 3 sets, sometimes 4, but I hold each stretch for a full minute instead of 60 seconds...will that make a difference do youthink? How else do you step it up, I'd love to hear about it.
Hehe! Duh....fingers can't keep up with brain... I've been doing bundled A-stretches for over a month, now. In fact, I think that's where alot of my recent growth spurt came from. I twist in both directions for 5 minutes each right after I do blasters. I would do the blasters bundled as well, but right now it's to intense for me to kegel while my dick's wrapped around like a red vine.

I've also been doing bundled stretches, but not A-stretches or blasters...gotta work up to them. Right now I just bundle it in both directions a bunch of times and hold for 30 seconds at a time. That's supposedly a decent tunica stretch,right? it def. feels like it. I started trying to stretch outward from the bundled position, but it's too intense to do it for very long or for very far of a stretch. Guess it takes time to work up to it.
