First, I would like to say that if anyone has done supra slammers or german erection twists, write on harmonic's thread. (had to say that...hate when nobody reads your own thread cuz someone else posts a new one:)

I assume many of you do (or have done) DLD Blasters / A-Stretches. Any tips? I prefer switching hands every rep cuz fluid builds up quickly with this exercise, especially in the tip of the glans. Also, during the rep, I twist my wrist (suppinate) of the arm that acts as the "fake arm". Any other techniques like this that might help with this exercise?

I don't really like this exercise...for some reason or another I don't get the stretch I really desire...Im better off doing a footlong stretch, or some other type of stretch. My grip fails really fast in the a stretch....also, I don't know if I am supposed to just stretch forward, or to pull my penis over my arm like I'm wrapping it around my arm....
 
hey harmonic, no prob. Juggers: I tend to "wrap" around the arm, but yes, I agree it seems like I do get confused at times whether I am to wrap it around the arm or stretch it forward. It seems like it feels right to wrap it around the arm because otherwise, there would be no purpose in adding the "fake" arm portion of the stretch.
