DLD Blasters Confusion (Question)

I was reading through how to do the DLD Blasters again becasue I could never really get the hang of em....


"do a Reverse Kegel (as you make this change from a Kegel to a Reverse Kegel you will feel the PC Unflex) As you RK pull your stretch to accommodate the unflex, meaning just as when you Kegel the penis pulls back the penis in a Reverse Kegel will produce more slack. Stretch this to your max for 5 seconds. During this 5 second Reverse Kegel be sure to pivot your arm or fake arm to increase tension. The idea on the Reverse Kegel is to take your stretching capasity beyond normal and this is accomplished by the Arm pivot, Fake arm Pivot or Increasing pull on Dual Fulcrum.

please explain the bolded part of the text espcially the arm pivot part, I just don't get it :(
 
Listen.Do the warp-up for the blasters,that relax yourself.Take a breath deeply.Take your penis in A-strech form.(you should catch very good.Remember if your catch is great,you will able to do easy and without much force Dld blasters exercise)When your catch is good make a kegel(Push your stomach inside)and strech the penis for 5 sek(do not do very strong,they are very powerful)After 5 sek,push your stomach out (to be like pregnant woman),and do that preasure like you do when you shit(this is Reverse kegel)5 sek of this,and strech more intensity.and again and again.The force is not that important,the most important is to FEEL the strech.You will FEEl the strech when you will have a good,great A STRECH CATCH.just practise,Dld blasters need more dedication.
 
thnx a ton mate ^^^ so where does the arm pivoting come into play? isn't the intense stretch caused by the combination of Reverse keggling and and arm pivoting?

You flex the wrist up during reverse kegels as you will have extra slack when you push. The pivot will allow you to stretch without changing positions.
