I'm not trying to attack anybody, but the LOT theory doesn't make sense. I measured the distance between my exit point (low bf%) to the bottom of my pubic bone and it was almost 1.5 inches. I dunno if that is a great distance, but I can feel a shit load of inner penis being held in by ligs. Why I think this theorgy is BS is because I have a low LOT, like 7ish. Does anyone else have similar circumstances?

yes, i also have a low LOT, but my BP measurement is more than 1 full inch than my NBP.

but i still don't know if this discredits his theory.
 
I'd also agree that there is room for lig gains at low LOT. It can be easily seen physiologically, though, that a higher LOT means more lig gains than a lower LOT.
 
The LOT theory is allot to think about. I'd rather cover all bases and get what I can, The DLD Allot Theory:D
 
The LOT theory really discourgaed me for awhile. I thought I didn't have potential for any length gains. Has anyone with a low lot made good length gains from ligs?

I to am approaching this. My nbp flaccid stretch now is 8.5 and my bp stretch length is 9.75. NBP erect length is 7.5 and bone pressed im 8.8 at full erection approaching 9. I also have a large fatpad.
 
Well I hung for a while untill I found out I have a low LOT, this is why I must haven't been gaining for so long, When I followed the LOT, I made quick newbie gains, and when I switched to an even hight angle, I also got some small newbie gains, now I am doing bundles stretches at a high angle, and DLD says bundled stretches is for "unlimited tunica growth" so we'll see how this progress continues.
And for your question, people with low lots can definetly gain, the key is stretching above your erection angle, once that runs out, turn to bundles stretches!

So you made no gains what-so-ever hanging straight down or stretching straight down?
 
ziltch! This doesn't mean you can't, My LOT happens to be very low, so any chance of gaining , again according to the theory will come from stretching the tunica. If you have a high LOT you can easily gain from hanging, I'm pretty sure Goldmember had great gains from hanging, about an inch also.
 
hey guys,just got a question for sweets. you say you have a low LOT(7), but you advise to stretch above your erection angle,but i have a lot of around 7 too,but my erection angle is quite hight,like10-11. does this mean i shud concentrate on doing 11-12oclock angle stretches?or am i just being a dumbass?lol
 
i think a more accurate way of deciding what angle to stretch at would be to measure how much inner penis you have.
do this by measuring from the exit point of your penis to the bottom of the pubic bone.
its hard to visualise but i can feel that mine comes out from my pubic bone and literally straight forward (then out) it does not run up my pubic bone.
this is why i have decided that i can no longer attack ligs, and any growth i get now must be through cell division or volumisation in the actual penis (whether this be the tunica or corpus cavernosum i dont know.
 
I'm not gonna argue with Evo, cuz I never learned about the exit piont and what ever that's about, the LOT I learned and to me it makes sense, or if anything has worked for me. My lot is very low, like a 6-7, so this means most if not all( well basically all, cuz I never made any gains hanging) comes from my tunica! I never read any where that if your training your tunica you should stretch above your erection angel, But when stretching the tunica solo, it will be above 9 o'clock, or straight out (SO), so when I started to hit the tunica I first tried to get as much as I could at 9 o'clock, then after a month or so, I moved to a higher angle now about between 9:30 and 11, it just happens to be that my setup doesn't allow me to get all the way to my stomach, I would have to stand up, for an hour,vs. my set up, I get to lay down and relax better, a sacrafice of a couple of degrees,
either way AT the moment I am doing bundled stretches so I think the idea is more to have the penis twisted and stretched causing the sheath of the penis to expand vs. an higher angel which hits closer to the base of the tunica and that would be it. I think one couldn't go wrong at training above their erection angel, if not pulling as high to their gut as possible, after wearing out any gains, I usually make some notes and record(witch I'm doing now for my bundles and will see in about 2-3 weeks if I should see if I am gaining or go back to the drawing board) and continue for about a month, if nothing else is going on, try something else. I am now a firm believer that gains should come steady even if it's 1/16 th of an inch over a week/s period rather than nothing at least in the bpsfl! So this basically means you can gain, at high angels.
 
Consider the LOT theory merely a guide to how your penis may react to certain training angles. I wouldn't view it as something to either agree or disagree with. It is merely another tool in the Penis Enlargement arsenal. Some men with a low lot can increase their LOT by working on the tunica using SO and SU angles as well as bundled stretches. This can, over time, make it possible to make lig gains. The biggest thing about the LOT theory is to figure out whether or not you have a high or low exit point. Once you've figured that out then the rest is gravy as they say. It's a simple test, coupled with a fairly complicated theory, but once you break it down it's fairly simple and works very well with the anatomy of the penis as well as it fits into the central goals of Penis Enlargement.

It's just another tool, and it's useful just like everything else. One of the things to always keep in mind about your body and with any type of body modification is that you always have to make adjustments and find what works best for that time frame. Keep working hard and I'm sure you'll get where you want to be. It just takes some time, that's all.
 
I would truely like to understand the exit piont, what not! I think either way, if one does have a low LOT, the only thing they could do is to train the tunica, I think I qualify as proof to that. That would be extra good if after training the tunica, I could make gains from hanging, after I did that for so darn long and didn't gain. If one could change their LOT low to high, it would be no different from people that hang, use up their potential hanging length gains and then work their way up to SU and entirely hittng the runical. THe other way around would be use(me....) who trained their tunica, and then their LOt became higher, ( like above 9 pm) and then they could supplement hanging and expect concrete gains! That would be fucking ill!
