I am 42, in good shape, exercise with weights and cardio 3 times a week, don't smoke and drink socially. I stick to a fairly clean diet at 6' 3" 215lbs. I am a classic ectomorph, so I have to be careful with the cardio or I'll look way too skinny. I have done 3 short cycles of Dianabol many years ago and packed on mass like crazy. I topped out at 238. I have done the Creatine and NO2 thing, and I put on weight, but I didn't like other side effects it had on me.
I am wanting to cycle again, but I'm not sure what to do, and when to do it. I would like to be 215 ripped. I don't know my body fat, but I would have to say I have maybe 10 pounds of fat to show abs. I guess what I'm trying to say is I have no interest in the classic bodybuilder's look, just to get ripped and muscular.
Suggestions? Questions?
