CS and unfilled head, and overmasterbation

First off I would like to know what the CS is that people refer to often, and that some peoples CS does fill up while others do not. Could some explain to me what this is about?

Also I have another issue which I think is kind of messing with head my glands when I am fully erect doesn't seem to fill up hard like I think it did years ago, it's weird like when I am fully aroused the head gets big and all but it doesn't seem to completely puff up and get hard (that really shiny glossy look). I think it gets to about 80% engorged at the very most.

I have done research here and looked into other sources and have come to the conclusion that a possible small leak or something may of occurred at some point because my glands don't seem to total get filled up or it is that I need a lot of stimulation to the glands to stay full. Luckily my shaft is still hard and fine (although my erect dick is a little bit bendy, the rigid feel has gone somewhat slightly), it's just the glands I think.

Is there anyway to correct this? (please don't say kegals )

I seem to be having erection issue again as well I think reading what others have experienced through P.E. has fucked up my mind a bit one week I am hard as a rock and keep getting erections with ease and other days my erections are weak as hell and a full erection won't come as well my penis won't co-operate properly (this has nothing to with being nervous with women either because I mostly masturbate)

The CS is the "tube" on the underside of the penis. It is supposed to inflate during an erection. I don't know what caused mine but I don't ever remember my head deflating ever since I was a teenager whacking it. Probably due to circumcision. I'd done squeezes (Uli and Horse 440s) and pumping to help get it back. I feel like I'm about 50% successful now. Now it at least inflates when I get hard, although it still has a ways to go before I reach maximum.

I'm afraid it must be to do with the shunting mechanism at the base of the cs being fualty. The only person who said they cured it had vien embolisation.

I have had success with getting a bigger, more filled glans through clamping. I'm not saying it will work for everyone, but it is definitely working for me. I'm 'cut' btw.

I didn't realize that many guys don't get their glands to fill up much. I always thought they would fill up full everytime.?
