I didn't like the way my other thread came out so I made this one.
Starting size
NBPFL: 4.75in
BPFL: 5.75in
NBPEL: 6 7/8in
BPEL: 7 3/8in
EG + Width: 6 5/8in and 2 1/4in
FG + Width: 5 1/2in and 1 7/8in
I'll be doing my own custom routines and I'll measure every 3 weeks, so I'll measure again on April 2nd. I'll post pics when I measure up too.
My ultimate goal is to be a 10x8 or 9x8 if I'm satisfied. I don't know where my string ruler is but my girth is already in the 6 inch range. I also want to increase my width, as it is 2.25 inches right now.
EQ and PE workouts will be included as well.
