..there was a time people thought hanging weights on a dick is stupid ;)

Idea was a already stretched dick that is beyond its errect lenght under the influence of a vaccum.
+having a constricted head for bigger head size.
I dont know what this would accomplish exactly but I think a stretched flaccid that is under a vacuum epands not only lenghtwise but also in thickness.
This would be another angle targeting the dick. Sometimes it feels good to get a semi errection in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sg[/words]. it certainly pushes the flesh.

I have thought of that and even attempted it out of curiosity, but I stopped the experiment before it got painful and I did slip out anyway.

It might work with low intensity, but considering what you are doing I don't think it is worth the risk. (It's like using a metal clamping device, or something... you are calling for injury.)

thanks man! im with you on the safety thing and everything I try out I only do it for short amount of time until im sure im not hurting anything.
I think what I just tried to accomplish is vaccum in the maximum elongated flaccid state.
 
I understand the concept behind this but I think wearing an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] inside the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] would cause a great deal of discomfort and pain. The fluid would make odd shapes and if it was attempted for sure make it a mission to pad well around where the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is fitted. Sure when I think about this the concept is sound, while stretched out under a vacuum should work well its having it done safely. If the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] could be made to fit snug inside the pump and the attachment to the glans a good fit, who knows. Perhaps the piece that connects to the head would be best being one of those vacuum things and not the typical noose or strap used.
 
What would make more sense is some apparatus which does [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches for you, though I don't think that would be necessary... you most likely sit in the tub with nothing else to do anyway so you might as well pull it.

The hardcore stretches are great and they seem to target base girth and pulling inner penis out. Already Stretched under vaccum would do something else.

an airtight pulley system in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or a pump could accomplish what Im thinking about. But yeah the cost/effectivness ratio may not be too good.

I would say you could if you wanted to but it may not work or it may even hurt but you wont know till you try:) I am a super test subject, I will put myself through anything to learn in and get to the point. A faster way is always there, finding it is the problem being able to create it and make it work takes you.

Well this does already exist.. kinda.

The accordion part of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] does just that. The only way we stretch out is because the accordion is compressed to its max. The stiffer/stronger accordion would correct this.
