Comfort ring coming off , but no reply from Bathmate

I agree, i criticized them before saying that being alone is not good since they can afford anything, but [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bm[/words] is just a new product surely they will make minor adjustments even tho my suggestion was that the black rubber should be on the top thus preventing cuts and bruises!

They are a rather new company and modifications will happen to make the unit better. Out suggestion thread is really helping them with these decisions.

Dear all,

I contacted the factory manager, met with the Directors and raised all of your concerns regarding the Comfort ring coming off. We have now come up with a very simple solution to help you all out that have this problem regarding the Comfort ring as follows:

1. Kindly photograph your unit showing the detached Comfort Ring.
2. e-mail it directly to joe@ultramaxproducts.com (The managing Director)
3. He will then examine the photos and send you a new unit free of charge.
4. In some cases he might ask you to send them back to more detailed examination.
5. We (UPL) will send the replacement from our US stock so you dont have to wait for a UK shipment.
6. Please CC me at ga@Bathmate.eu as well gentlemen.

Has anyone received a replacement unit yet? If so how long did it take? Im not in a hurry, Im just going on vacation soon and dont want to miss the delivery.
My ring started to come off just this week.
 
Mine is coming off too after 2 months and I can't find my order number or anything. Does anyone know if they need this info or am I screwed? Anyone found a simple solution to glue it back together??
 
Just finished my evening session... what did i see when i put it back in the cupboard? The comfort ring coming unstuck. Nooooo!

Living with others at the moment so it's unsafe to order a new one or get a replacement from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I'll grin and bear it... or grin and glue it.
 
Any idea where to get new comfort pads? I can't seem to find any, i'd rather get a new pad over a new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], i like this one.
 
I used to be worried about the comfort ring. When I noticed it was loose I tore it off and it ripped. Now I use it without the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words] and just lube the base with vaseline and It works better than with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words].
 
Yeah for some odd reason the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] only gets better w/o the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words]. You can always buy the pump sleeves for added comfort but I found no need. The vaseline is also easier to clean off the hard rubber than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words]. Also noticed that my balls were more comfortable during long sessions which is weird. I was so worried about the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words] becoming loose. Its such a relief that I didn't need it after all, but it's insane that it actually got better! Wonderful product... :)

Funny, huh? The single problem that users have had with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] has now become it's greatest modification:) Things can get screwy at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]:)

It's good, it gives a good suction, but i couldn't get it as good as the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]comfort pad[/words]. Maybe that was just me? Maybe i didn't use enough Vaseline?

I could get to about 185, but before the ring came off, i was at 195, however without the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Comfort Pad[/words], the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is a tiny bit shorter, so effectively i should be getting a higher measurement because of the lost length of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], however i was getting less than i was with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Comfort Pad[/words] on. I'll try again tonight and i'll cover that bad boy in Vaseline.

How are the Hardcores with the Vaseline seal?

the hardcores are the same for me without the ring but it isn't as comfortable because the ridges are kind of sharp and dig in a little.
