Iamaru, hell, look up ANY of the Moderators that were around when I was there. They were ALL using my exercises and singing praising the gains they made from them. As soon as their, Gestapo, leader, Thunder decided I was too much of a risk to his forum and starting hating on me, they all joined in. The funny thing is they still did my exercises, just changed the names and gave credit for them to other people.
