This is my suggestion, and only use it if you want. Since you're the on-again, off-again person and have recently restarted, going that high in pressure will simply stunt your growth much faster, not to mention tons of edema and blistering.
It's fine if you want to go straight past -10inHg, but stay there only 30 to 40 seconds, and drop back down to -7 or -8inHg. Swing back and forth between mid and high pressure zone. Yes, the black magic zone for growth is past -10inHg. But little do you know that you're damaging your venous micro valves by staying at too high of a pressure for too long, especially when your penis is fully erected and under that pressure. If your penis is not fully erect while pumping, there's no benefit. You can go as high as -50inHg and get a lot of edema, but no benefit whatsoever. When your penis is full erected, -8inHg is a great zone, swinging up into the -10s and not past -15inHg, and back down.
