OK, here's the thing.

I saw something the other day that made me think of using a cock ring. So I went to a local shop, browsed, and bought some.

Yesterday and today, I used one while having 'private playtime,' and my unit is sore!! And I was definitey thicker while using it, and after (didn't measure though)..

Anyway, if any of you have used a cock ring (and I am sure some have), have you noticed any long term size difference?

I would think it is like clamping, in a way.. Any thoughts and comments on this would be appreciated?

I have used them and would agree. However I would highly recommend clamping for clamping. I used to use cock rings in the pump but now find them unnecessary.

My favorite use for them is for sex. If you are looking to stay pumped after a workout I would use a traditional "stayer" (wrap around penis and balls) or the stallion cock cushions by CTC.

But all in all, if you are into Penis Enlargement - they have come in handy from time to time! )
 
I believe a cock ring would help with Girth work. however for cc expansion I have stuck with clamping and have increased my base midshaft girth from 4.75 to 5.1. I can reach 5.7 in the clamp now with no pumping and 6.3 in the clamp after. Clamping is just the next step in my opinion. I think I would have expanded with cock rings just not as much.

I would agree. I just haven't clamped yet..

I am still using that length before girth theory. Have you gained length from clamping, that you can tell or attribute to clamping?

That said, if growth can happen with them, then someone would have to be careful using one. Since if it can cause expansion (which I agree it does) then someone can go too far and begin to over-train and need off days, right?

I would attribute mixing hanging with jelqing, clamping, etc to contribute to length. I have found more success in combining the two types of work as my penis feels more recharged and the girthwork seems to help me get used to the new EL. There are many opinions on this. I just feel strongly it is better to combine both.

Of course. Try once cock ring. Then two. I am not sure what kind of pressure you are experiencing but that is everything. You want to train to withstand and hold higher pressures. I use 3 cable clamps oftentimes. My feeling is if you are getting good erections and not having orgams (which help the former) you should girth train as many days as your body lets you. But if you are tired, for sure take a day off with light jelqing tohelp bloodflow.
 
I am trying to say - anything that gets your penis used to higher pressures will induce growth and cockrings are a great place to start. They will not be then end all probably but I still would recomment one cable clamp with a neophrane (spelling haha) wrap for training.
 
By the way I wanted to state my theory on why length training and girth training can be done together. If girthwork is done and you achieve a thicker penis, the actual tunica and ligaments are not thicker. I do not understand why a thicker CC would be harder to pull out.

Theory aside, I think once the tunica especially is stretched lenghwise through girthwork, I feel it makes sense to stretch it girthwise as well.... and keep filling that balloon up with water to get it used to its new shape.

I am sort of stagnating. Going between over-training and not really Penis Enlargement'ing at all. So OTOH, I need to be careful and not go too far. On the other, I probably need to shake things up a bit to stimulate some changes.

Maybe this cock ring idea is the thing. It is on the low end of girth work I guess, but I measured and had an 1/8" increase in girth!! That said, I was at that girth before but had gone back 1/8", so obviously it wasn't cemented.

Something is happening. So maybe I need to work the C Ring into my routine along with the length work on some type of regular basis.
