Yea, invest in a quality silicone ring. I suggest the thick 1/4"-1/2" wide silicone rings. They're usually around $15USD and will last for years. There are sizing guides online, but you should be able to comfortably wearing one around your entire package. When erect, you should get a temporary girth increase of at least 1/4". Never sleep with any type of cock ring on. The pressure from nocturnal erections is not healthy for extended periods on the inner workings in your scrotum...the vesicles and such. there are two choices that are far safer and just as inexpensive. First would be Rubber O-Rings, available at any hardware store in multiple sizes. The other is Goody No Tangle Hair Ties, these do not pinch at all and can be doubled or tripled over to increase tightness and intensity. From there you can go with a real cock ring which starts out at about $5 and can go as high as $100. Some day we will have our own, I hope and pray :)

Not necessarily. The hair ties are working well but I'm curious as to those with cock rings if they had indents on their skin or something from prolonged use.
