This an advanced Penis Enlargement exercise.
This is by far the best bundling exercise i ever did in my life.
Requirements:
-Some sort of vacuum system.I personally use the one from monkeybar but you can also do it with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words]
Here is the vacuum cup i use with silicone sleeve.I bandage the cup from inside to increase comfort and reduce the stress it puts on my glans

The exercise:
Put your penis completely flaccid inside the vacuum.Stand up.Hook the top part of the vacuum with the clothes hanger.
Now turn your penis around its axis > bundle as many times as you want i personaly turn it 6-7 times around.
After your finish bundling your penis with both arms grab the top part of the clothes hanger and pull it upwards like doing an upright row and pull as hard as you can and hold it till failure.
Thats 1 set.Do as many sets as you like.You can even do isometric biceps contraction while doing this stretch.
