generally i have poor circulation with cold feet etc,etc. when i am having sex with my wife i get hard but rarely that rock hard that feels so good. kegels definitely help with this.
from what i have picked up on the web, regular exercise is obviously a good start.
other things which may be interesting are that garlic, ginger and cayenne pepper powder (or eating chilli peppers) also contribute.
i had some cayenne pepper and a chopped garlic/ginger combo mixed into juice which i drank in the morning. i can report a ROCK HARD boner in the evening!
i'll continue the experiment (exercise and the above ingredients) - and let you know the results...
