I was committing myself to stretching (newbie routine and dld blaster). I was doing it everyday and even multiple times a day. on a side note, dld blasters are probably the best pe exercise for length. pull crazy hard and you'll see gains. my flaccid length increased and I could tell I was gaining bpel. the only issue I faced was before when I flexed my pc muscle my entire cock would move but now that my flaccid has increased when i flex my pc muscle my cock doesn't flinch at all. would anyone happen to know the reason for this? in addition, i now have a a harder time (no pun intended) keeping my cock rock hard.

focus on girth and erect work for a bit until your EQ comes back to where you want it. Then go after length again. It can also be a symptom of over training and general fatigue in the pelvic region.
