Over the past few days, I've had some serious chafing that is stopping me from doing good Penis Enlargement workouts. Other than moisterizer, is there any way to quickly heal this? I've been doing light workouts because I'm scared of losing my recent gains. Is this a good idea or should I just rest completely?
 
I think I have the same problem you have. I developed a sort of callus on the head of my dick from stretching and the other day while I was stretching, my hand slipped and the callus was torn off exposing sensitive skin underneath. I can still do an intense girth workout but stretching is more difficult because my hand is gripped around the "injury", however I still stretch but not as hard and I try to position my hand to lesson the discomfort. As far as healling the injury, I just put vaseline or an antibiotic ointment.
 
I haven't had any problems like this. I would think moisturizers should take care of this, but if nothing else works you might want to seek advice from a doctor about this skin issue. If you're worried about gains, I would just drop way back. Just stretch one or two reps per day, or a handful or reps at low intensity.
 
Hey Zewt, not really a callus, it was just that the skin felt a little rougher. You know when you lift weights without gloves you end up developing callus' on your hands, I think the same thing happens when I do my stretching routine.
 
Finally cleared up enough for a real Penis Enlargement session today. I'd lost about 1/4"-1/2" girth and 1/4" length, since I hadn't worked my tunica in 4 days, but after the session I know it will be back in a day or two. Watching my penis grow back before my eyes, and feeling sore from the very first jelq was an amazing feeling. I was worried about the losses, but all my confidence is back, and I'm ready to push forward at full throttle.

Wish I could have said the same about my jog earlier, my ankle is f@cking killing me!
 
1/4-1/2 girth is probably the temporary engourgment from a work out, I doubt it is possible to lose that if was cemented, and I;m guessing if you achieved a stiff enough erection 1/4 could come and go, but I feel the same way about missing days, although I don't at the moment have any injury's, I know the feeling very well(just thought I would add that in).

I know it wasn't all temporary engorgement because my tunica felt harder than ever before and was resistant to stretching.

And to ThundersplaceLM, I don't know anything about hacking, but if someone was caught for it then chances are they wouldn't use such a similar name. You can check my posts and see that I'm not stupid.
