I have not been on here in quite a while due to an adjustment period with school/college, but I'm glad to be posting again. Hopefully I can show you some of my future gains.

Anyway, there's been a question on my mind. So, what does it mean exactly to "Cement your gains", and how do I accomplish this? I've heard that the best way to keep your desired gains permanently is to go .5 beyond them. I've also heard that Jelqing helps to "Cement" your gains. So what's the deal here? Please enlighten me. Your help is much appreciated! :D
 
yeah i think is an effective way to keep your gains you want to get to 7NBPEL you have to look for 7.5..besides once you have reached your desired goal,you would need maintenace only once ,twice a week....

Cementing=Making gains permanent. This can be done by a few different methods. Some men will train past their goal size by about .25-.5" meaning, if they want a goal size of 8 x 6 they would go until they reach 8.5 x 6.5. Another method, which I think is best, is keeping a maintenance routine in action training once a week for life. This will not only cement your size but it will keep your penis in tip top shape.
 
Absolutely seconding the idea of cementing via maintenance routine. Going above your goal is good and fine but there's no formula that says you can't lose most of your gains without maintenance.

Maintenance is very smart, it will not only maintain size but it will keep the sexual system in good working order. When you consider that it only needs to be once or twice a week, it should be feasible for every man.

I never thought of it that way. Thanks DLD. So are there exclusive maintenance routines that I need to know about for this, or do I just keep doing the exercise I've used with the intensity that has gotten me the size I desired?

i think you dont need to do intense exercises for a maintainence routine.....the basic exercises should do it....although i would get intense once in a while to ensure...
 
My whole plan was just to turn any adult entertainment time into something useful. Not hard to imagine that happening more than enough for maintenance. I really wonder if rings and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] with a dash of stretching and jelqs will get the job done.

I completely agree with making masturbation time training time. I was making good gains recently. sort of L+0.8" G+0.4" in a bit less then 2 months.
Probably i'm lucky with good regeneration, but cementing is a question.
If i have fast gains and i'm not planning to stop, does that make me make most of my gains permanent? For example if I started with 6.7" and get to 9.5" some day in the longterm future, does that mean that permanent size is 9.0"?
I know that I'm repeating what DLD said, but is the same true to fast gains?

Yes, that analogy is a correct assumption. Train .25-.5" past your goal size and you will settle into a permeant goal size.

That doesn't necessarily apply if you taper off slowly and actually have a cementing routine right?

I'm guessing it would at least help to retain more. I feel confused.
 
Let me ask this then. If a guy is looking and hoping just to gain .5" then he has to pull out 1" Is that first .5" basically worthless then. I got excited when I hit an extra .25" but that is really worthless gain?

You are correct, it is not useless, it is part of the process.

its kinda obvious that you will have to cross 0.25 to reach 1.......lolrofl which is a good sign
the worthless gain would be when you start from 1" and going down to 0.25"

It is a strange concept at first but once you train for a while it makes good sense.

My brother did you were you able to consolidate, your gains or go over time in short, i do not want to keep my life complete withe this thing even if i only do it a month

Years later, after having to put PE on halt my erect length is still the same. I heard somewhere that you need to record the amount of time it took to get you to a certain length/girth and then do whatever you did to get that for that same amount of time. Does that make sense? It seemed to work for me. :)
