I have not been on here in quite a while due to an adjustment period with school/college, but I'm glad to be posting again. Hopefully I can show you some of my future gains.
Anyway, there's been a question on my mind. So, what does it mean exactly to "Cement your gains", and how do I accomplish this? I've heard that the best way to keep your desired gains permanently is to go .5 beyond them. I've also heard that Jelqing helps to "Cement" your gains. So what's the deal here? Please enlighten me. Your help is much appreciated!
