last night i stretched my penis a little harder, i could feel the blood getting pulled into it. Afterwards my dick was

I started doing 2 to 3 times per day my stretches since the 28th day, maybe this is too much, and i think it is. I may go back down to just 1 to 2 times per day morning and night.
