Hey, its definitely getting more inflamed / irritated when this happens it makes the plaque stand out more looks like more lumps. yea it caused some curvature when flaccid it bends more to the left where its more inflamed but as In erection not terribly so. Penis got loosened up but on my left side i have inflammation / pain when stretching this is not your normal aching but sharp stinging. Ive managed this for 2 years but I'm tired of not stretching and will continue to try to beat this thing. Good blood flow/ stretched the plaque but of course its pissed off, need for it to go down and get oxygenation to it.



Need more blood flow and oxygen to the penis. Need to heal with proper blood flow and reduce inflammation.

I started taking 3x a day pentox, starting coq10, L-arginine, chewing ginger everyday, vitamin D. Any of you brothers have any suggestions?

If i can stop inflammation, and increase blood flow / oxygenation to the penis i think i can start healing better.

Going to start drinking a gallon of water a day as well.

have you tried adding Garlic to your diet, its a natural anti inflammatory and vasodialator so it may help improve3 blood flow and reduce inflammation.

I dont have any new info on what to do to help the pain or anything but i know with scar tissue heat is the best way to get blood flow to the area, there is also a procedure that has been gaining ground called dry needling where they try to get the body to heal itself in difficult areas by using acupuncture needles to cause a trigger in the body to heal that area idk if they do that in such a sensitive area but nothing ventured is nothing gained.

Thanks for the reply, I need to get back to eating garlic in the mornings, it tastes really bad but it is really good for you, i started getting good erections when i was eating a clove a day. I will start doing it again.
 
Can't believe I'm on day 18, out of 365 and i have not rested. I have continued to push on through the process of some aggravation and pain, i have continued to workout, play ball, and trying to figure out how to get this inflammation down.

Supplements: took my list of supplements for inflammation and pain.


Day 18: Starting to do exercises before bed hopefully i can start healing at night and not gaining new plaque. If i do this for the next 5 years till I'm 30 that would have been 1825 days of me trying to stretch out my dick/ plaque / scar tissue. It has to be getting accustomed to it by then and start letting loose/ letting go/ adapting/ has too!

Or....... I was just thinking about it. I get a dick that is full of plaque and scar tissue that curves 90 degrees and i can't use it. Guess ill let my body deicide what it will do. It can either heal and conquer or get destroyed. I will continue to pray about it but I'm tired of sitting and waiting..... So 18 days its been lets continue.

Goal: 30 days continued stretches same as above and evaluate where I'm at.

In the meantime I will try and get my hands on 30 day cialis/ will cut those in half and take half before bed to try to get good blood flow and heal better.
 
You got this by no means do i think there is evidence you will come out of this with more plaque, there is evidence that shows that prolonged stretching will albeit slow reduce the plaque, pain and inflammation. The mind is 75% of the effort needed to make the change as we are prone to letting fear override our accomplishments. You more than halfway through your first 30 days and i know you will only get better as time goes on.

Great attitude and I agree 100%. In stretching the plaque will be broken down but also in other ways if implemented. If I'm spending the weekend w/my SO, I'll pop one on Friday and it lasts me through Monday (If I have a one-shot, field trip I'll cut a 100mg Viagra in half and it provides plenty of 'boost').

The one thing I will say about these little magic pills, is it removes any/all potential anxiety and allows for the highest possible EQ over a prolonged period of time...plus the refractory period is far less.
 
Last night i was hanging out with a girl and she was cuddling up next to my, I have to say i got a pretty substantial boner.

cool I'm just going to use it to help prevent fibrosis of the tissue , there was a study done and daily use had a big factor in help preventing progression.

Got some hand on my pentox again, so will be taking 3x daily for inflammation.

On another note I would like to do some measuring pictures just to see my penis go through some different stages.

Day 24: Went in bathroom and did 5 minutes in warm bath water, i have not been warming up, but i really like the warmup as it gets my penis nice and fuller.

Started stretching with my routine below and i felt really good expansion it felt really good. I didn't pull too hard or anything i was kind of getting turned on, this happened before i got peyronies and i remember stretching and always getting an erection. Before i got peyronies 3 years ago i used to stretch and i gained about 1/2 -3/4 of an inch in 2 months time. Anyhow my penis got nice and full afterwards and all my plaque / scar tissue were filled in and i could not see them. It looked like a really healthy dick for about 1 minute. Then when i stood up after a minute it went away, but again i will continue as i feel i am making really good progress. MY pain is starting to go away from the sessions but i am also taking my pentox (inflammatory medicine) vitamins (coq10) Blacked oil, and Ive done garlic for about 4 days now thanks to someone getting me back into it.

I totally agree, but not rest days for me, i have to stay consistent and cannot allow for a missed day. Im watching myself tho, and trying as much as possible to make the inflammation go down. IM sticking to only stretching because my penis is not strong yet, its so weak anything could break it or start a inflammatory reaction. But over time i believe it will get stronger and used to these stretches, maybe my penis will start to come back to life, aka morning wood ect.

Btw brothers any one of you guys have any ideas for me to take supplement wise or do to make me start getting morning erections? I have had little to few in the past 2-3 years which has caused my penis not to be strong and healthy which probably does not help my peyronies disease. I want to get erections every night, i do have low testosterone because i did steroids 4 -years ago but I'm working out and playing basketball a lot. IM trying to also eat healthy.

He had a curve that was ridiculous, he lost literally 2" in length because of it. I worked with him for over a year and watched his progress, and over a years period he had mostly straightened his penis he gained back his normal length, from 4.5" to 6.5" and added another inch to boot, finishing at 7.5" He is a older man, he most be in his 70's today, great teacher and awesome moderator. Look through his work, even bump it, maybe the old man will visit us!

I actually have his phone number, we talked a bit 2 years ago. I was in the inflammatory stage then and tried stretching and massaging but it only made it worse.

Will Do a Kegal routine that will finish tonight. I will update my thread in the beginning with the exercises I'm doing and how often I'm going to do Kegals, need some advice on rest days for kegals as i want to have some good erections quality and basically heal any issues i have with my Pc muscles.


Feels good almost to day 30, even though i feel like i have not progressed i have mentally to do something for 30 days and not quite with the obstacles i have to overcome with this disease. I attribute it all to my Lord.

I say this because you are doing stretches but you also said that stretching and massaging is unhelpful, so you might want to consider trying other PE exercises to combat this issue

Have you tried erect bends against the affected spots? That may be painful but may be worth a shot. I would start with low intensity and work your way up to feel the stretch. I usually do them in my warmup routine for 5-10 minutes. I feel like it's a bit of yoga for my penis as it opens up the corpora cavernosa

Yea I saw that thread you were talking about. I want to start hanging, I think Bib talked something about peyronies and continuing to hang after you got injured but just lightly. I could start at low weights and work up to it. Problem with my body is it not healing properly. Im not quite sure if I'm read for erect bends yet.I guess i can try them if i ever do get an erection without adult entertainment.... its really hard. I don't want to look at adult entertainment so i guess ill just try to think of something to get me hard.

I mean I still use adult entertainment for parts of my warmup like for the Kegels, Jelqing, and stroking/edging for example. But I'm converting to mostly soft adult entertainment like ass and pussy pics and clips. Sometimes I still watch sex adult entertainment

Yesterday I was able to stretch all the way out to about 5 inch bpfsl, considering my peyronies i haven't been able to stretch it out that far in awhile i think. Will continue to watch this.

Since i do have peyronies i wonder if bundled stretches would be good or could possibly hurt / make it worse. Not too sure, last time i tried i don't think my penis responded very well lol, like dld said i just need to take it slowly... but i want to be able to do some of these exercises which atm i can't and i am limited too.

last night i stretched my penis a little harder, i could feel the blood getting pulled into it. Afterwards my dick was hanging nice and long straight, but all the blood flew out of it after the stretching and it was curving to the left bc the scar tissue / plaque was irritated. I should definitely try warming up in the bath since i think this has a better effect and helps it loosen up.

I hate how i have this pain sometimes but i continue on, need to continue with my supplements eating healthy and drinking lots of water. I do believe my penis is starting to get more elastic is some areas yet my peyronies is being a nerd and trying to squash all my gains, its like my penis want to become more elastic and then it heals wrongly because of the disease. Sounds like you overtrained a bit, how are things feeling today, any better? If the pain persists let me know.

Ended up sleeping a good while, Pain has gone down so far this morning, feeling a little better. Talked to german stallion, he said i might need to rest as it would help actually, sucks thinking about resting but if i need to do i need to do it. Might do a 5 day on 2 day off type deal, monday / tuesday train - rest wednesday, thursday, friday , saturday train- rest sunday.

I tend to be a bit obsessive and overdue things and i think this gets me in trouble.

This morning i did my kegaling routine- wednesday.


I literally hate looking at adult entertainment but today i did, measured around the 5-3/4 " BPEL and I'm pretty sure it was 6" at one point while measuring. i need to start monitoring EQ, IF you guys can help me get erections everyday/ night would be great. I was doing my exercises everyday at Day 33 now, and i probably need to start taking rest days from what I read, i might be overtraining. I realize this is a marathon and not a sprint but sometimes i just want to sprint. I will likely start doing a 5 days on 2 days off what do you think guys?

Those rest days sound fine. What are you using for a workout now? As far as erections go, are you doing your Kegels everyday?
