Building a new girth routine.

Hey fella's.

I'm taking a short break from Penis Enlargement. (2 weeks) and will get back into it with a more intense routine than I had. Mainly, I will just be doing to the exercises more intensely. But I want to add some new intense girth exercises in as well.

I am not really in a position to purchase Penis Enlargement equipment right now.

I have heard things about clamping but don't really know much about it. Could someone direct me to a proper thread that tells me how to do it? Do I need to buy stuff for it?

My routine will probs just consist of hardcore reverse ok grip jelqs and Slow squash jelqs.

After I build up my routine, I will send to DLD for critique.

I've seen huge gains in girth in very little time by clamping. It's a very fun part of P.E., but a powerful one and I would advise you to take good care. If you're new I'd probably keep up with your jelqs, the slow squash jelqs seem a good addition. Maybe add in something like a light set of Horse440's? I say Horse440's because I find them the most powerful girth exercise and the one that brings the quickest gains, however many guys prefer ULI's or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s like you seem to be interested in including.
