Yeah, this thread is really nasty. Some of you are being a bunch of jerks to this nice kid! It's such a load of hogwash to insinuate that he is not fit - it does NOT necessarily mean having bulging muscles like a olympic sprinter. Give me a break.Dragan DOES have a healthy body. He's using metric measurements, so I'm going to guess that he's from Europe somewhere (he looks like a European, I guess). Being "healthy" means retaining/maintaining your cardiovascular health, flexibility, explosiveness, lateral (and other) mobility - which he has plenty of. Using math, he does the 100 meter(yard) dash in about 11-12 seconds. That's about 2 seconds off from Olympic-level conditioning. He can do 100 push ups in one set. So he is CLEARLY "healthy". Healthy does not mean RONNIE COLEMAN OR LEE PRIEST, YOU MEATHEADS.

I would agree though that dragan has a decent body in terms of muscularity, However, it's nothing outstanding nor pathetic, as some of you seem to indicate. But my main point was that it's really rude and preposterous to rail on his body just because he doesn't have 300 pounds of muscles coming out of his ass. That's ridiculous. Also realize that there are different aesthetics of male beauty around the world. The Euros, Asians, Africans, Aussies, etc. (and anything outside of North America basically) prefer a slightly more streamlined look that suggest flexibility and elegance, and not the uber-mesomorphic aesthetic that American men worship. I've lived in several places around the world, so I speak from personal experience. At 6 feet and around 10% body fat, a man who is about 165-175 pounds is considered ideal pretty much all around the world. In America, the aesthetic values are skewed so that the 'ideal' male at 6'0" would weigh about 185-200. Is it any wonder that American men suffer so much from male body dymorphism? Also, don't forget that us American are THE fattest people in the world, and because of the numbers we stare at all day (200, 220, 230, 250 pounds), our perception of what a 'healthy weight' is is skewed. Most guys on this forum would be happy to weigh 180 at 5'10" for example, and think that's 'lean'. Outside of the US, you'd still be considered a lard-ass at that weight.

To back back to my point:

1) Let's stop being a bunch of pricks.
2) Let's understand that we can't impose our cultural standards on others. That's just stupid.

Dragon, for playing soccer for 10 years, you're in pretty good shape. That being said, if you are still continuing to play soccer, don't listen to these people who are telling you to bulk up, I'm not sure whether they are on some sort of mind trip where they think everyone needs to be a certain way or maybe they just have never played soccer before and wouldn't understand. Anywho, you're looking good, if you're going for endurance and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words], stick with your cardio and do some sprints (which im sure you do already) to build up some more strength in the legs. Your midsection looks good and it is the bodypart that women are most attracted to, then down the list is biceps at second. Keep up the good work, listen to the post above (Blu) because he seems to be more of a "rounded" individual unlike the others criticizing.

You look like a twink. Are you planning on starring in fag twink films? If so keep doing what you are doing....just kdding.

I think the guy was fishing. At the end of the day, I don't care. If I looked like him, I would bulk up...like 20 lbs of pure, mean, gangland muscle. Muscle that robs banks while you sleep. Muscle that hangs drywall while you are at the water cooler. Muscle that pimps more bitches on the side than PootyTang. Muscle that impregantes women from 50 feet away.

I think you get picture. Soccer ball don't impregante women.

Alright, sorry to derail this guys post, needs better lighting for a better assessment. I'm too embarassed to do my own post, so here goes. I'd like a critique. I know nothing about body building. I do endless pushups and situps and cardio and tibetan 5 rites which is a weird yoga exercize, but more than just whacky stretching.

Like I said, I can do 200 pushups in a row and situps till I puke, but I'm not progressing really. So I started with a dumbell, which is all I have. Going to a gym is not an option. Can I get bigger arms with the dumbells alone. I could care less about my legs. They are fine, I can pedal my mountain bike on 8 hour epics, it's my upper body.

Now I initially put up this pic as I was impressed by DLD's progress and wanted to toot my own horn about going from 220 to 170 in short time as well. Mostly from doing lots of drugs, moving into a house and not eating enought is why I lost the weight, but I did still work out while I was an doing mass ammounts of perks, vics, whatnot. I still have a pill problem, but I limit it to Saturday and sunday nights. I take like 2 a week. I don't drink so I need something. But that's another story. I need to bulk up. I eat like a horse but all the wrong crap.

What I do currently is my 200 pushups and 300-400 situps every other day, 5 rites daily, cardio on a gazelle thing 3x a week 45 minutes and dumbells 3x a week, I do 40 each arm of 40 lbs.

What else can I do with dumbells alone that will get my upper region more defined? Any help is appreciated.

Kevin

forgot to post the damn pic, this is from 3 months ago. I'm a bit bigger in the chest area and have more of a v shape, but I want popeye forearms and biceps
