How much does a person's normal blood pressure play in part to his natural girth. I often wonder why some men have a naturally thicker girth than others. I personally am considered to normally have a low blood pressure readings. Now I can't tell you the exact numbers but I have been told it runs a little low and yes I normally have a thin flacid. Now I do understand the girth exercises and what they're intended to do as far as stretching out the blood vessels and what not to allow more blood into the penis when it becomes erect allowing it to be bigger but what about when it's not erect and blood is not being forced into it. How does one's flaccid size stay bigger other than being longer? I know I said in my last post that my dick looked puney. Well it does. It's longer than it was since I started doing PE even flaccid but in the flaccid state it's thin like there's hardly any blood in it at all. So am I doomed to have a thin flaccid because of my low blood pressure or can I expect to see an increase in flaccid thickness as well as erect thickness and if so what would cause it to be thicker in the flaccid state? I would to be comfortable around my wife when I naked but right now even after 4 years I'm not. Some meat on my "bone" would sure help.
 
No,it's all genetics...the penis is like a ballon....when you fill the ballon with water,the ballon get's biger..same with the penis...the penis is filled with blood...the bigger the penis can get,a bigger amount of blood can get into the penis,the bigger the penis gets.From what i know girth ( or length ) are pure genetics , they don't have anything to do with blood preasure.

You're flaccid will get bigger with time.

There MAY be some external factors that could affect the size of the penis...but i'd say 95 % it's genetics.

Ok, and I'm not trying to be difficult here just asking, thru PE girth exercises, other than making all the blood vessels ect. bigger to hold more blood when erect what else are we doing to the penis in girth exercises to cause it to be thicker when flaccid ? when there is no blood being pumped into. Uhmm..you're literally expanding the tissue..making it larger..i'm not good at explaining...by doing girth exercises i don't think you expand the blood vessel,you're expanding the penis tissue to hold more blood.I've gained some nice girth when i'm flaccid too so it's 100 % possible.

Yes I think we have increase the size of the veins, vessels ect in order to increase the tissue and "sponge " part of the penis. Which is what girth workouts are for, to force blood into the penis to create expansion. I just wondered what keeps that expansion or at least part of it once blood is removed in order to have a bigger flaccid.

I have high blood pressure and I take medication for it but I have never noticed any type of correlation between girth and high blood pressure.

Maybe it's volume. Is that possible to have correlation to girth. I know there's a standard to human blood volume but can one person have a little more than others. I notice like dapper Dan that if I get nervous or over exert myself that it even makes it smaller but if I'm at rest it's better. You can almost watch dick get a little fuller than shrinks then fuller then shrinks and so on and so on. So I was just wondering. I know it doesn't really matter to the overall outcome of what we're doing here I was just curious. I guess just trying to find the secret ingredient to my routine to get the most out of it.

I mean, better blood flow is better for gains but this would not be a blood pressure issue, more of methods to increase blood flow to the penis.

Apparently I'm in everybody's boat cause I struggle with length and girth. I really wish I knew what I am doing wrong. Except for these last 3 months I was really dedicated with my routine. I admit I did gain some stretch length and which I was able to see by the markings on the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] tube and I did get good expansion (or at least I thought I did) when I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] but nothing seemed to transfer to erect gains. Also I kinda stalled out with my stretch length. I was dealing with the tight cord like "something" that runs along the top of my dick and never really found a solution to overcome it and the girth never did seem to stick around. Now that I'm going to be able to get back at it I want to figure out what I was doing wrong, fix it, and gain the 1 inch in both length and girth I need to get me where I want to be or really close to where I want to be.

Before my hiatus my routine was this;
I would do my stretch routine in the morning which consisted of all the angles 3x's each. Well your routine looks awesome...a 24/7 routine might be good for some people but it might not work for you..if you do PE 24/7 you put a lot of stress on your penis...try to take it easy..at least at night,let , don't do any PE , let your dick " sleep " rofl . Your routine might be too intense .

Yeah that's the thought I had that maybe I was over doing it a little. My thought was to do 4 on (Mon-Thurs) and take 3 off to give it time to rest. I had stated in another thread that my EQ was really suffering even during sex so I think I was hitting it to hard. I need to find that balance where I keep good EQ but also get good workouts. This time around I'm going to try and "listen" more to my dick instead of just going balls to the wall. I'm going to take more time to figure out which exercises work best for me instead of doing a "cocktail " of exercises in hope of gains. I think I was just being to aggressive. The above video really helped my way of thinking.

3 days off in a week is way too much..3 days with no PE it's not good..i would never suggest taking more than 1 day off...you can do 2 on 1 off , 3 on 1 off, 4 on 1 off etc...training for 4 days and then doing nothing for the other 3 it's not going to bring you any good.

Or you can even train 7 days a week no day off,but reduce the intensity of your routine.Something like

- Stretching in the morning + the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] at work but for a shorter period of time ( idk 4-5-6 hours )

Thanks for this. I hadn't really thought that 3 days off would do more harm than good. I think I'll try maybe the 2 on 1 off approach. Let me ask though on my days off and at night should I still at least have it wrapped if only just enough to keep it in an extended state but not completely stretched out?

Well since it's a rest day , i would say let your penis rest...no PE at all ( maybe some kegels if you want to but that's it ).

And taking 3 days off it's not going to do harm it's just going to slow down your progess..it's like dieting for 4 days , then eat junk food for the other 3 days :))
