hi
long and short i have been pumping penis for more then one and a half year .. though very much in bearable limits.. here it is morning .. i pumped this night . at approx 1 am .. and was feeling insomania .. couldnt sleep .. so i killed the time on net.. til morning at 5:45 approx i went to washroom to urinate .. i just gripped my penis near its head and applied a bit of force .. my penis head was quite full .. i have been doing like it for quite few months but i dont know y today i applied extra force.. suddenly few drops of blood may be 4-5 drops equivalent blood came out of urethra.. i was shocked .. though i got no pain .. i immediatly washed with water .. and tried to guage the problem. no further blood was there .. i tried to urinate but my bladder was empty .. so i applied polyfax cream on it and tried to squeze into urethra.. now it has been 2 hours since then and i have taken 8 glass of water and urinted twice .. once after half hour of the blood and second time after 1 hour of blood.. both times urinne was crystal clear as it should be .. now i do not feel any pain but placebo effect is there i think. a little bit prickling feeling is there .. but not sure if its pacebo.. shortly i will be leaving for hospital .. mean while need ur suggestions. i am extremely tense and nervous..

It has happened to the best of us and, as scary as it is, it is nothing to serious. You have either ruptured a capillary or vessel (doubtful as there would be pain evident) or you have cut or nicked the uretra or meatus (probable) this happen for various reasons and usually takes a couple days to pass. Allow your self a couple days rest and allow the nick to heal. You will be 100% in a few days.
 
^^ thanks a lot for consoling me .. i was almost broke... was very scary.. i went to hospital and though the doc didnt performed any physical exam but he prescribed two urine tests .. urine c/s and urine R/w ( or c or g .. cant decipher docs writing. guess what it could be ) .. one test was ok normal .. the other they said will take 3 days for the result .. i am also prescribed two types of medicines .. one is neuberol [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words] .. and the other is moxifloxacin (molecule name ) .. doc said use it for 5 days..

any cream or thing that needs to be inserted into urethra or any thing that should take care of inside urethra recomended ? do i need to use anything else ?

.. as far as the penis is concerned .. i still have no pain.. and urine was white not a single blood spot is there.. i have no problem urinating.. though i am suffering ED and its difficult to get erect .. takes effort and relax mind .. so i have not yet achieved erection as i am extremely tense and i also didnt slept in the night.. so now i am retiring to bed and after i get hope i will be a bit relaxed and will get erection and update here for further comments..

today it has been more then 24 hours since the problem occured.. and i was awaken by the slight pain at one point in the penis its not in the cap of the penis just the surface where it joins with the rest of shaft .. i urinated and had no pain during it.. also after that the pain subsided ... though the pain is minute but still it is .. yesterday night i had erections and it was normal.. had no pain etc. also penis is physically ok .. no signs of any unusual discoleration etc.. also i have not taken the pain killer (neuberol [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words]) today . i mean it has been 18 hours since i took the last tablet of this med... i do not like pain killers . or things of the like to mask pain.. so should i take it .. i mean does it helps in the healing ? if yes then i will take it ... apart from that ... i think if i take it it may mask any severe pain and i not notice it ,,?

Pain killer don't really stop the pain, they just make you not care about it.:) If you are uncomfortable take them, but if not, do not as they are pretty addictive. I am happy the condition cleared up quickly.

It sounds as though there is still soreness at the injury site and the burning suggest the wound is not completely closed. I would give it a couple more days until there is no burning.
 
yes the pain is like when the injured skin or muscle gets healing... its like that .. or like when the skin burn is repairing .. though slight presing at various points on penis dont give any pain.

also at the penis top portion .. when i am urinating feels like flaping from inside.. i mean it feels that the urethra canal at that place has a sort of widened or there is some cuts inside..

today i wil again visit the urologist and discus with him also.

Sounds as though it is healing properly, most likely a bit itchy too....I have had the same injury. Good you are seeing the urologist, I really would like to hear his/her thoughts.
 
today the urologist again recomended the antibiotic for 3 more days so 8 days in total.. and also painkiller was said to be used when deem necesary .. he also prescribed some sache for burining and recomended another check up after 3 days..

ya i think the little bit pain is classic pain when the open wound or soreness is recovering ..

i unfortunately missed my appointment with doc but i am feeling much better now .. only small feelings are there .. esp when i m urinating .. even when i am urinating very slow it feels as if i am exerting a lot of pressure to expell it ..

ah i forgot to say that i was feeling extremely horny and has not masturbated since that day.. i just masturbated and ejaculated a huged load .. it gushed out .. though at the moment i am not feeling any consequence of it .. i will see if thigns remain same after few hours ..

If you just got a great erection and had an incredible orgasm I would say you are ready to start enlarging again.
 
now i am totally fine . only mentaly i have to accept it .. as i have slight fear its not ok . though now there is no abnormal feelings . i am now totaly meds free .. though i would like to start cranberry again .. as thats a herb and it was excellant at removing the slight burning sensation which i would get from time to time..

i would recomend u to go to doctor .. he may prescribe some meds .. u definitly need some antibiotics .. as its very sensitve are with respect to microorganisms environment.. they can trhrive easily here..

and i would definitly recomend taking 3 times one glass of cranberry juice ..

take ur time .. it will take at least a month to get totally ok ..
 
i think i will visit urologist as i have not followed the case .. though i have no issue but would like to hear his words..

yes from personal experience and from docs advice i would say avoid anything that makes it move too much ... do not try to get full erection .. try to have only partial erection .. for 2 weeks only then u can try full erections .. i never use soap on penis .. when urinating try to keep the pressure to low..
 
Hydromaxm .. then i dont think ur situation is serious .. as the doc told me that it hapens to alot of patients during improper and crazy intercourse or masturbation or using penis pumps with over pressure .. or in bike accidents .. he said the main concern in ur case is to make it sure that u dont get any infection.. rest it will repair fully in 2 months ..

at minimum i would suggest u to use cranberry extract 2-3 times daily .. that would not only help the urethra environment unsuitable for any infection (if any ) .. plus thats antioxidant and also has other benefits..

from my opinion ur situtions doesnt needs a urologist ..

but avoid any exercise or cycling for at least 2 weeks .. who knows what may happen .. its bettery to be cautionary ..
also avoid tight undergarments and use clean garments..
