Bleeding from Urethra while clamped

Just thought I'd post this. After a rep of dual compression squeezes while clamping today I noticed that my right hand had a bit of blood on it and my head had a fair amount on it as well. It seemed to be coming from the urethra, now the bleeding did not continue and it seems as though it might have been a small skin tear right at the top of the urethral opening. I'm fairly sure that I'm ok, but I do think that I over did the internal pressure a bit while performing this particular exercise. Tomorrow and Tuesday are planned days off, but this was a bit of an eye opener for me. Has anyone else had something similar happen to them?

Never had it and I hope I never do. I'm sure you've already figured out what to do now. Don't use so much pressure!

You need to give it more rest time or you'll have the same thing happen again. Do some searches for other threads on this.

It's not a rest issue. I had an unscheduled day off yesterday, and I've only clamped twice this week. I have had this happen before, once when stretching and another using too much pressure when doing manuals. I was thinking that it could be blood being pressed out of the head, as when this has happened before the bruising at the head has been significant, and that would seem to be the case.

No, never had it happen from clamping. I remember though when I was new to 'intense jelqing', I had it happen a few times. It wasnt due to 'skin tearing' though. Simply from a burst/ruptured capillarie in the urethra. That's why there's a drop or two of blood, then no more. Those tiniest of the tiny veins will rupture when too much pressure is encountered, but they never bleed very much, or for very long...and there's usually very little if any pain.

This isnt really even what I would call an 'injury'. More your body telling you to back down a little on the intensity. You wont hurt anything, but you will most likely keep experiencing the blood drops from the urethra if you keep at it without backing down, and giving your penis more time to adapt to higher intensity girth work.

I had the same thing occur a couple of days back from solely manual stretching... then no more. so i guess what stillwants wrote kinda makes sense.

keep pushing

Well, I clamped today and I monitored how much pressure I was using and I didn't have a problem. It seems as though everything is ok.

i've posted quite a bit about this injury, I'm sure you can find my posts.
take it easy, and hope you heal soon. It took me a month to heal from it.

Your situation seems very similar to mine a year ago. The problem is that you need to do warm up jelqs before you stretch or jelq. About 130 light jelqs is enough to warm you up to the point where your glans are puffy and they are elastic enough so they don't tear under the immense pressure.
