I've been clamping for a while now, but I haven't got a much to show for it. I slowly worked my way up to 3 reps of 10mins of clamping. Don't get me wrong I think clamping is great but I think in order for me to gain from it I have to tweak it a little. I recently tried some wet jelqing with a couple reps of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] and compression squeezes, followed by 5 minutes of clamping then repeated 2 more times and left out the last 5 minutes of clamping. My dick looked huge! not only that but there was a only a little if any discoloration. Usually when I clamp my dick gets all purplish and nasty looking. I think a good combination of clamping and manual girth work might be the key for my gains. Has anyone done anything similar to this, and had some good results?
 
I did that for some time. Almost exactly what you are doing. Worked out VERY well for me. Got some definite growth from it. Cant really say how much though. My cock felt healthier also. Wondering if yours does also?
 
I cant say its been feeling healthier yet because I've only done this routine once. I'm on a couple days off to let everything get back in shape before testing my new found hypothesis. But after that one session it felt way better than after a heavy clamping session. I definately agree with idea that it should be healthier. Clamping kinda gives that instant satisfaction due to the great pump but it leaves my cock feeling not so good for a while after the session, not to mention the massive discoloration. I'll let you know how it works out. Its good to hear youve had good results from a similar approach.

    Hi,how do i contact customer service ?
