In this thread, I want to find out about the very best length routine by only using the hands.

I want a personal opinion from each one of you.

- What do you think are the best exercises for length?
- Have you tried it yourself?
- How much did you gain?
- How long did it take to gain what you gained in length?
- What are the theories about length gaining? What works best? Ligs, tunica etc.

- What is your length routine in details? (without any use of device)

DLD Blasters (Bundled, regular and Reverse)
Sock Stretches
Foot Long Stretched

Basically hitting the ligaments with as much intensity as possible. When using the Blaster line of thought it is easy to see that the biggest thing preventing ligament stretching is the PC muscles. Successfully circumventing the pelvic floor muscles by use of the reverse kegel allows for direct, immediate ligament stretch. As I stated in another thread yesterday, Blasters can be done with any and all stretches AND SHOULD BE. It may be the single limiting factor in why men have trouble making length gains. When some men stretch they feel scared or worried that they will hurt themselves so the brain automatically will cause the PC muscles to tense up preventing the ligaments from being stretched. When a reverse kegel is done it puts this entire muscle group into suBathmateission and then, and only then can the ligaments be stretched exclusively.

Nothing now. I do have a length routine set up but I am waiting for some equipment to get here before I start again.

I stay involved not so much for the gains by in the spirit of exercise development and practice. I can't speak on something if I have not done it.
