Sup guys, I hit up the search function, but couldn't find a concrete answer, so I figured I'd ask you guys. Basically I've just been hitting up constrictors for some girth, but figured I sit around a lot on the net, I might as well be stretching or doing something for length, as I wouldnt mind having another inch. I'm about 6.5-7 long depending on how engorged I am. Anyways, I havnt really done much length work in my Penis Enlargement career, so I figure I got a lot of room to make some gains on my ligs, and they seem to be the fastest to gain with anyways. Just wondering your guys opinion on a simple 1 or 2 exercises that would target the ligs for length gains. I figure by now this far in the Penis Enlargement game theres a bunch of good answers out there. Id appriciate it. Thanks guys.
 
If you're just doing a lot of sitting try the Lazy Man's stretch (I think that's what it's called). Just stretch your cock underneath your butt and sit on it. From everything I've read it seems like the best for your situation and it's free.

I'm new so take it for what it's worth...but on Friday I did it for a little over two hours, breaking every 15 minutes or so for blood flow, and after I was done I did measurements. BPFstretched I had gained .25 of an inch. I checked it three times in disbelief so it was correct. DLD says this is gonna be your best gauge for measurements.

Remember to use some form of a heating device before and after.
