Wondering what was everyone's opinion on best exercises for flaccid length gains? Do the exercises only help flaccid gains and not erect? Is there an exercise that works both gains at the same time?

Flaccid length gains are usually precursors to erect length gains. The Tension Stretch and Ruler Stretch are two very good exercises for these purposes.
 
I am so new at this I don't know if I should throw in my two cents - but what the heck - here it is.

I do a lot of Lazy Ass Stretches. My normal flaccid length a few weeks ago was about 4 3/4" +/-. I throw in LAS's throughout the day for various time lengths. Because I have sort of a lot of girth also, when flaccid my penis tended to stick out a little and not hang straight or nearly straight down. My flaccid hang now is normally at least 5", and the hang is much more downward. I have accomplished that while also adding at least 1/4" additional girth.

The direction of my flaccid hang I attribute directly to the LAS's. The slight increase in size and girth is probably a combination of the LAS's, stretching and jelqing exercises.
