Belief In Exercise May Make It More Effective

I just spotted a review by Reuters Health that continues, in my opinion to confirm the importance of belief in the effectiveness of an exercise routine. I would include penis enlargement in this category. It has to do with the placebo effect--it works better if you BELIEVE it is benefitting you. I'll try to make a link to the article, although I'm not good at it.

According to these Harvard researchers in an article in the February issue of Psychological Science, those people who were told that the physical activity in their particular work situation improved their health, did, in fact, see measurable changes.

The researchers compared the results of this group's normal daily activity with that of these people's work mates, who were not told of the benefits. They achieved significant measurable weight loss and lower blood pressure after just four weeks, compared to the control group, who were not told, and did not achieve these results.

Is P.E. any different? I think not.
 
I believe that %100. But also when you believe in it, you seem more interested so you may also just work that much harder too.

I've read university studies on weight lifting where they determined that visualization results in roughly twice the normal increase in strength and muscle mass. So belief in exercise does make it more effective, plain and simple.
