So excited to have another man out to set an example for thousands to follow! I am so happy to be back at the forum and so happy to see she has been running like a finely tuned engine!

MOS-- I have a couple basic questions,

Is it ok to hang as well as going through the exercises? I bought the Bib hanger because the L----MASTER is not available yet.
Second, Have you ever hanged? and was it helpful to your gains as well? Can I do both?

Yuppers I hung weight in the past and I now look forward to hanging with the new [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words]! It is a great exercise to add to a routine, but, as most know, I am a massive advocate for manual work! It is important to use all the viable sources together to make the best gains.
