Bathmate problem

Hi! I have a problem with my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. The rubber base ring came out from my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] then I put super glue to glue it back but when I pumped it to the highest pressure, I can felt that after a few seconds the pressure is getting lesser and lesser. Suction was not as strong as before and can't few the EXPANSION that I want.

I do not wanna replace [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with any other equipment/exercise and I really like using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Is there any solution to fix this?
 
I have noticed that the seal on my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] (Foam at the base) is working loose but my suction is okay touch wood. You should contact [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] customer service, PM [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] on these forums (Agust) and he will more than likely send you a new [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] as its under guarantee. May need to offer photo-proof of the damage.
 
If you can, consider using some silicon based glue to fix it. Super glue is not flexible and my actually deteriorate the plastic because it contains acetone. I'm in the midst of testing/using silicon bath caulking for my DIY fix it project. I had the same issue with padding separation at the base. I removed the padding from the base and scrapped off the glue that failed and have been using it without the pad. There is some discomfort, but the suction is still there.

Doesn't it cut into your skin at high pressure? Because the rubber feels quite hard.
 
Just sent a email to Agust, he will reply soon.
 
An update for you guys. Using super glue to glue back is a bad move. It didn't help and when pumped to highest pressure, i felt like something was cutting my skin at the base after few seconds, the pressure will get lesser.

I just heard back from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and he should be stopping by soon to deal with this.

Dear Mike,

As I just spoke to the engineers, the best solution is that the affected parties contact customer support with a photograph of the unit and then we will simply send them a new one.

"To get a replacement, please e-mail support@Bathmate.eu or info@Bathmate.co.uk with a detailed report on your problem. Provide a photograph, your order number, name and/or address so we can locate your original order and a new unit will be in the mail within 10 days."

But I glue the things back to the base of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] few days ago. Should I remove it and take a picture of it?

If anything like this happens, then our Engineers do want to see it, so if you kindly could email in English to this specific email address here (info@Bathmate.dk) and simply say you'd like to sch. a pick-up for a unit and get a replacement. That would really help out in finding what is causing this problem, so we can make even better Bathmates! :-)

Looks like the same spot as mine on the rear end of the tube facing away from you as you use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I'll snap a pic soon.
 
I got a replied from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] dk.. They replied me in Swedish.. LOL gonna translate it.. will update you guys later if anything coming up..

Here's an update. I recieved my new replacement [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] today. They gave me a clear version which I requested. I would like to thank Cordially from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].
