Hi Guys,

Been away for a long time but I'm back now with a simple exercise I discovered a few days back, since this summer I've been trying all methods to enlarge my balls and make them hang lower and the results I've seen from this single exercise outshadows all other techniques I've tried and the coolest thing is that it delivers imediate results, enter the Balls Rotary Cranks.

Perform the exercise:
Step 1. Obtain a solid erection of 80% or stronger(though can be performed totally flachid too but the strech will not be so strong) and then using your dominant hand grip around the entire scrottum so the grip of the hand is inbetween the bottom of the penis shaft and the balls(depending on the size of your balls you may need to use one, two or all fingers) while holding firmly the penis with the other hand.

Step 2. Start rotating the scrotum in a rotary crank motion while pulling on it down at the same time, this should result in an intense streching feeling in the scrotuum skin. The motion is similar to a manual SD rotarry cranck strech performed on the penis.

Do 25 cranks clockwise and 25 ccw per set and repeat for a total of 2 sets twice/day, you should see imediate results after 2 sets.

Have you tried ball stretching rings? I have been kinda figuring on trying those since I spend plenty of time edging. Sometimes my sack is just kinda like, "fuck this, I'm out".

I know basically nothing about this area of pe, but your exercise sounds like it could serve the purpose. What kind of results are you getting with it?
 
Great exercise and it will definitely let the balls hang lower. Another good exercise that has a similar result is the Testicle Health Massage and Stretch. The lower the balls hang, the longer the flaccid penis will become. A tight scrotum can cause penile inversion or turtling.

Well, my balls hang lower then before and the scrotum skin feels more loose but by far the best result is that now my balls seem to get sucked on more often then before during oral :cool:;).

According to this wikipedia page(Scrotal Stretching - BME Encyclopedia) scrotum streching is not permanent so you need some sort of maintanance routine if you want to maintain the gains over time. Quote: "As far as the maxuimum lengths, that is unknown. Well over a foot is very possible -- there are numerous examples of people who have stretched to this extent" -lol

True, now that you mentioned it, yes my flachid length is def longer then before doing scrotal streching, but I had no ideea that it may have something to do with these exercises but it has to since I don't do any other PE work at this moment.

Why do you guys want low hanging balls though? I understand that overly tight balls might be a problem but normal ones should be fine right? Whats the benefit of having saggy ones?

It is usually a shriveled sack that causes the penis to shorten and turtle, once you stretch the scrotum the penis can hang lower.

Yeah man that shit hurts the day after XD! I understand giving some lovetaps, but not like a flail XD

Alright so it worked i did feel a stretch feel even afterwards and i thought it was nice, but I like how my balls hang already so i wont be doing this haha. Does work though!

I wish I can add the testicle massage to my routine. But my routine is already too intense for me.
