Been away for a long time but I'm back now with a simple exercise I discovered a few days back, since this summer I've been trying all methods to enlarge my balls and make them hang lower and the results I've seen from this single exercise outshadows all other techniques I've tried and the coolest thing is that it delivers imediate results, enter the Balls Rotary Cranks.
Perform the exercise:
Step 1. Obtain a solid erection of 80% or stronger(though can be performed totally flachid too but the strech will not be so strong) and then using your dominant hand grip around the entire scrottum so the grip of the hand is inbetween the bottom of the penis shaft and the balls(depending on the size of your balls you may need to use one, two or all fingers) while holding firmly the penis with the other hand.
Step 2. Start rotating the scrotum in a rotary crank motion while pulling on it down at the same time, this should result in an intense streching feeling in the scrotuum skin. The motion is similar to a manual SD rotarry cranck strech performed on the penis.
Do 25 cranks clockwise and 25 ccw per set and repeat for a total of 2 sets twice/day, you should see imediate results after 2 sets.
