I start college in two weeeks and needed a routien that would be intense and easy to do in a Dorm environment. I have done it the past two days and it is intense. I currently work 6/7 days and do 4/6 sets of this routine.

30 sec Left U Stretch
30 sec Right U Stretch
30 sec Upward A-stretch
30 sec A-stretch
30 sec rotary stretch
10 DLD Blasters
30 sec rotary stretch
repeat x4-6
For girth I do Supra Slammers.
