Considering myself a newbie due to being inconsistent with my PE years back (mainly due to lack of gains, motivation, and overall lack of time!). I have decided to take a better approach and be more dedicated this time since life has thankfully opened its doors to allow the process to begin/continue.
I am starting with the newbie program and am about a month and a half or so in... working on a routine to just keep me going daily and while gains in either length or girth would be awesome, I am far more concerned about relative EQ.
I have been reading extensively about many things regarding PE and come up a bit confused regarding what works and what doesnt. Possibly this is what slowed me down or hindered me few years back.
So far am working on the following:
AM -
Stretches in all directions roughly 10 to 15 secs
A stretches as I love the feel 20 sec counts

Bundled stretches 30 sec count
Jelq angled down x 200
V-Jelp straight up x 100
Left/Right Jelq x 100
