I posted about my injury a couple of days ago. Just got back from the doctor and turns out everything is alright. No blood constriction. I told him about the cockring and pretty much said the same thing that I should stop using it. Honestly I got too dependent on it. Thanks DLD. Having your guidance means so much. No thrombosis. Hopefully no nerve damage either. Getting back to feeling my cock regularly without the ring. Been kegeling and edging. Ive masturbated twice since the initial injury once with the ring and once without and the ejaculation still felt amazing. Kegeling all day long. In my opinion many differences but my opinion is based on other things that are personal. In general, ejaculation no matter how it happens, if it happens too often EQ will suffer.

This actually happened to me when I was doing kegel excessively without any reverse kegel to balance it, I lost my erection for 3 days. It was a torture but now I know better.
 
Also too much masturbation causes laziness and routines may suffer from lack of motivation.
